libfsotransport3 software package provides freesmartphone.org transport library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfsotransport3
libfsotransport3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfsotransport3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfsotransport3 *
You will get with libfsotransport3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
